Carolus
Wimmer:
Human
Rights
Violations
in the
United
States
of
America
Congressman
Carolus
Wimmer,
Vice
President
of the
Latin
American
Parliament,
GPV,
denounced
today
the
steady
and
serious
violation
of the
Human
Rights
in the
United
States
of
America
during
2007.
This
declaration
is to
answer
to the
reports
presented
by
countries
about
the
Human
Rights
Practices
in 2007
and
issued
by the
USA
Department
of
State.
The
Congressman
makes
reference
to a
document
issued
by the
Information
Bureau
of the
Chinese
State
Council,
which
informs
about
numerous
cases
to
prove
the
human
rights
situation
in the
United
States
of
America
as well
as
their
serious
violations
committed
by the
USA in
other
countries.
In 2007
the
United
States
of
America
also
launched
groundless
accusations
against
the
human
rights
situation
in more
than
190
countries
and
regions,
including
China
and
Venezuela,
but the
Department
of
State
evaded
mention
the
violations
of the
human
rights
in its
own
nation,
appointed
Congressman
Wimmer,
also
Secretary
of the
Communist
Party
of
Venezuela
International
Politics
Department.
The
publication
of the
Human
Rights
Record
in the
United
States
of
America
in 2007
will
contribute
with
the
countries
of the
World
to have
a
better
understanding
of the
real
situation
of the
human
rights
in that
country
and to
urge it
to
think
about
its own
matters.
The
document
is
divided
in
seven
parts:
1)
about
the
right
to
life,
property
and
personal
security;
2)
about
the
violation
of the
human
rights
by
judicial
and
police
organisms;
3)
about
the
civil
and
political
rights;
4)
about
the
economical,
social
and
cultural
rights;
5)
about
racial
discrimination;
6)
about
the
rights
of
women
and
children
and 7)
about
the
violation
of
human
rights
in
other
countries.
The
increase
of
criminal
violence
in the
United
States
of
America
means a
serious
threat
to
life,
property
and
personal
security
of a
country.
The
Federal
Bureau
of
Investigation
(FBI)
of the
United
States
of
America
reported
in
September
2007
that
during
2006
1.41
million
violent
crimes
were
committed
in that
country,
an
increase
of 1.9
% over
the
previous
year. |
